How do I track my order?

Once your order is completed and shipped you will

receive a tracking number for your delivery.

What are your delivery options?

We ship based on package size and cost to save you.

Your package will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail with a tracking number. We do not ship international at this time.

We ship via USPS. Please note that during high traffic times like the holidays we do our best to ship with ample time above USPS guidelines to make sure your package arrives in time. We cannot control what happens to your item(s) after they get into USPS hands.

Orders will shipped to one address only. At this time we cannot break up orders and ship to individual addresses.

How do I return an item?

Contact us! If your item is custom we cannot take returns but if there is damage to your item we want to make it right!

If your item is non custom we will work with you to get you a new item or a refund. All inquiries must be made within 5 days from date of receiving the item.

Do you create custom items?

We do! If there is something you see that you want to alter or modify contact us and we will work with you to get the design you want!

About us

I was not born in Wisconsin. I grew up spending my summers in Wisconsin and then winters too. He was born and raised here. Our paths crossed via a dating site.

We got married and although my original roots are not here they are now!

I have always had a special place in my heart for this state and its culture. I have always had a love for being crafty.

I am a graphic designer by trade and needed a change.

The change was 920 crafted and now I get to

create and do what I love!
